Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the journalonadialer.com website and its integrated telephonic voice-journaling infrastructure (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Unsnaggle Factory, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Description of Service and Scope

The Service provides a phone-based journaling infrastructure. Users dial a designated service number (223-213-0044) to record verbal entries, which are processed into text summaries and displayed on a private web dashboard. To ensure platform stability, individual call sessions are subject to an automated limit of one hour, and the processing system is optimized exclusively for English-language inputs.

2. Consent for Telephonic Recording

By establishing an account, activating the compliance checkbox, and placing calls to the Service, you provide your explicit consent for the Company to record, transcribe, and analyze the telephonic communications originating from your verified telephone number. You warrant that you are the authorized subscriber of the registered number and maintain full compliance with all applicable municipal, state, and federal call-recording laws.

3. Account Authentication and Spoofing Disclaimer

• Security: The Service implements automated inbound caller identification and keypad PIN verification to protect user accounts.
• Liability Shift: You acknowledge that telephonic caller identification data can be manipulated or spoofed by unauthorized third parties. The Company assumes no liability for unauthorized data access or security breaches resulting from telephonic network vulnerabilities, caller identification spoofing, or your failure to secure your authentication PIN. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• SMS Authentication Consent: To secure your account, the Service utilizes one-time passcodes (OTP) dispatched via SMS. By entering your mobile number, you explicitly request and consent to receive these transactional verification text messages from us. Standard message and data rates may apply.

4. Content Ownership and Licensing

You retain full intellectual property ownership and copyright over the audio files and derived text transcripts you generate. You grant the Company a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, parse, and transmit your content solely to deliver the operational features of the Service to your account.

5. Fees and Automated Billing

Paid subscription tiers are processed securely via Stripe. Accounts provisioned with a 14-day free trial will automatically convert to a paid status at the end of the trial period unless cancelled within your dashboard configuration settings prior to the trial's expiration.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unsnaggle Factory, LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or service interruptions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal disputes arising under these Terms shall be settled exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
